FAQ's:

What do I get for the $9.95 per month fee?
An account where all of your designs are stored, along with access to all of our automated direct mail systems, including: Jobsite Radius Marketing, Mail My List, B2B Radius Marketing, Birthday Marketing and New Neighbor Marketing.

What does the flat rate price per piece include?
The short answer is everything.  The price per piece includes generating the list of recipients, printing, addressing, postage, delivery, and tax.

How do I know my piece was delivered?
You have the option to check "Send a seed piece" for each mailing you order.  This will include delivering a piece to your address, along with the rest of the recipients.  (you are charged for the seed piece)

Why does Roscoe Direct use digital printing?
Digital printing allows you to personalize each piece.  Personalization increases response rates.

How is digital on-demand printing different from traditional printing?
Digital printing prints your piece as an individual entity, unlike a standard printing press, where the same exact piece is printed on a sheet over and over again.  Digital printing allows you to customize each piece including things like the recipients name right in the design. 

How do I get the maximum response from my mail piece?
Personalization of the piece increases response rates.  An even bigger factor has to do with your offer.  The better "special offer" you make, the higher your response rate will be. 

How do I "Personalize" each piece?
Because Roscoe Direct uses digital printing, you can personalize each piece to include the recipients first name, last name, address, street, city, or zip code. 

You can also personalize the piece to include a variable information for each batch.  For Example:  "We just completed a project on Washington Avenue", with the street name being a variable you enter when you execute the mailing. 

Can I use a design for more than one program?
You can make minor modifications to a design so that it applies to a specific program.  A small design fee may apply. 

Why is the cost so low per piece?
We have taken all of the manual labor out of the process.  Our automated system automatically generates the list, according to the program and delivers it in a format to print that is postal ready for delivery.

How am I charged for each mailing?
When you set up an account with Roscoe Direct, you will be asked to provide a credit card.  Your card is set up in our secure online payment system.  Each time you execute a mailing, your credit card will be automatically charged.  

After I order a mailing, how soon will it reach the recipient?
This depends on the type of piece, as well as the program.  See below for printing schedules and estimated delivery times.

Mail My List, Jobsite Radius Marketing & B2B Radius Marketing:  Each program is guaranteed to be printed a minimum of once per week.  Most weeks these are printed every day. 

Birthday Marketing & New Neighbor Marketing: Both of these programs are printed and delivered one time per month.

6x11 Panoramic Postcards, Magnets & Letters:   Are delivered via standard mail.  Delivery times are typically 2-8 days per USPS standards. 

4x6 Standard Postcards:  Are delivered first class mail.  Delivery times are typically 2-3 days, per USPS standards.
